FocalEquity Investment Universe and "Penny" Stock Policy
All stock investment discussions produced by FocalEquity.com's contributing analysts and subscription services involve stocks that have at least $200 million in market cap. Under no circumstances would securities that fall into the micro-cap, penny stock, pink sheet or over-the-counter securities be discussed by FocalEquity's contributing analysts and subscription services. FocalEquity.com also strictly prohibit any individual(s) or organization(s) to push for discussions or recommendations of securities that are limited in terms of liquidity or securities that do not qualify as typical small-cap stocks on its site. FocalEquity.com closely monitors for such prohibited activities and will take drastic actions including deleting public posts, messages and user accounts that are related to excessive discussion(s) or recommendations(s) of stocks that do not have market caps of at least $200 million

Monitoring of FocalEquity Public and Subscriber-Only Contents
FocalEquity.com is not responsible for any investment and/or other kinds of actions taken by its subscribers and non-subscribers based on the information posted within its general public space such as its social and blog networks and/or its subscriber-only space such as the premium service forum. FocalEquity Subscription Eligibility and Conditions
By subscribing to any of FocalEquity.com paid services, the subscriber must be at least 18 years old.

Although it is not required for FocalEquity.com paid subscribers to have experience of short selling or options and futures trading (covered and naked), subscribers must understand that losses associated with short selling or selling naked options or trading futures can be unlimited.

By subscribing to any FocalEquity.com's paid services, subscribers must be able to afford possible financial losses associated with short selling, selling naked options and all other possible financial losses related to their investments.

Subscription Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Subscribers can cancel themselves via PayPal or inform their respective FocalEquity subscription service in writing via email. Payments made cannot be refunded and are final and non-negotiable. FocalEquity must receive written confirmation via email from subscribers of their chosen FocalEquity subscription service(s) who want FocalEquity to handle their cancellation requests rather than cancel their subscription services themselves via PayPal. Subscribers who fail to inform FocalEquity regarding their cancellation requests and in turn resulting in paying unintended monthly subscription fees will absorb 100% (one hundred percent) of this accidental cost. No refunds will be issued for such incidents under any circumstances. All FocaleEquity subscribers are bound by these refund and cancellation terms and conditions. No exceptions will be made to anyone under any circumstances.
