 Today we looked at the market action and call for some choppy trading into the next few days as we are forming a potential pennant formation. We look at the three positions that we have, and their prospective stops (GS, CM, and BIDU). I also look at the SPY and explain what could happen moving foward and spend a minute talking about bonds and the significance of their auction to the stock market.

Today I look at the market and explain that we ended at really strong resistance levels… Any break of these resistance levels will be a very significant accomplishment for the bulls, however I think the overextended and overbought conditions on the RSI and MACD, and the low volume day that we have had shows that the bulls might be tired. I also talk about my two PUT positions (short) BIDU and GS, and talk about adding CM to the short list.
