1. NYSE:IBM – International Business Machines Corp

IBM has been a very strong stock YTD despite market turmoils. It does rank poorly within the model. Currently, it ranks 3,381 out of 3,514. We expect the stock to test its 50 SMA at 161 very soon.

2. NYSE:MDR – McDermott International

MDR has taken a beating so far this year. The stock made a come back yesterday but we expect the continuation of the down trend.

DRV – Direxion Daily Real Estate Bear 3X ETF Highlight:

DRV has been a very volatile ETF since the August crash. We do see another big spike in DRV coming as the 14 SMA catching up with the 50 SMA.
