Intraday Commentary ~ 09/06/2010

Everything exactly happened as I said. I warned everyone when market was at 1040 that this is a fake action from big boys and we should have a very powerful rally, sure enough everything exactly happened as I explained. The interesting thing is that I talked about fake out action before price really reach to 1040,
Now today I am going to forecast what might happen in coming days to option expiry week. I think tomorrow or Wednesday market should continue its rally toward 200MA on SPY, so that means market has to rally on s&p 500 another 10 points. once we reach to 200MA or may be a few points higher as a fake action, I will go short to drive the market down at least 20~30 point and book and sizable profit, then market probebly will resume its rally and we will make money to the upside.

some say market might be on biggest bull market ever dow 36000 by 2015?
I do agree s&p goes to 1120 or 1130 next week and spy or iwm will drop 3 to 5 % before rally again.
