Went short 5% BIDU at the close here.. $572.80 … due to the line breaking down… i’m not sure if 2 10 minute candles is sufficient to be called a break, but i’m willing to take my chances for a possible dump tomorrow of this stock.

Bidu is sitting right on that red support line that i drew yesterday.. we might get the classic gap down on this one tomorrow. If i were more risky i would take a short right here with a stop about 1% above where we stand, but i’m going to go and wait for the break and then short..

sorry, having some trouble with photo uploads at the moment.
We hit a trend line and dropped south. The green fib I drew is not saying that is where the top is, I just drew it based on the current top. We’re still in the bullish channel. Like I’ve mentioned before, that move above the 1146 trend line and 200ma was bullish. Still hard to go short when the market is like this until we get a confirmed break south.
UAUA hit the $20 mark finally. Not sure if anybody was able to make any money off of this when I recommended this at $15. I should have taken a bigger position in this, but generally don’t like airline stocks.

Is the upside done for BIDU?? Take a look at the daily candle here for BIDU. Very toppy:
A closer diagnosis at the 30 minute shows, that there is still a former resistance (now support) line that needs to be broken to the downside before i’m comfortable with swing or even day trading BIDU to the downside. Let’s wait for that break patiently and go short as soon as it happens with a very close trailing stop.
I just sold my QQQQ with nice profit. I told you this moring to join the crowd. I told you also that USO at 40 is a short. I hope to see USO at around 40 tomorrow morning and tnen that will be my trade tomorrow to short USO. USO is going to be my favorit short for next 3 or 4 week. I will short this in any rally until oil reach 75.

My call for tomorrow is a 2~5 points gap up on S&P and then follow with a sell off but not a big sell off maybe toward 1055.Or maybe we start with a 2~3 points gap down and then fill the gap and then sell off toward 1050, So find overbough stock and get ready for tomoorw which will be very intersting. Being an eternal optimistic sunny side up kinda guy for now.
I no longer wanna be right, just wanna make money. Follow the trend till it serious reverses and then
go to cash not short. Sorry, the risk and expectations for bad stocks to tank is not paying off big
enough for me to justify the risk input. Called IOC dead right on way up and down, made better on
upside with less stress than my expectations for a big downside.

I got stopped out with a small profit yesterday… but right now, i’m not sure if i would hold onto that. The dow managed to crack back into the megaphone formation… if we dont’ get a 0.5% or more push lower tomorrow i think we’re in for more updays.
I have an exit plan to sell all of my 3X short ETFs if it closes above $116.40. Today it closesd at $116.41. My short ETFs didn’t get stopped out EOD (FXP bought @$8.40, TYP @$8.12, EDZ average @$50.98). Since SPY has been up 13 days in a row, I’d give it one more day…. if we don’t turn tomorrow, I’m out. These staged advances on fed day usually reverse, i just can’t see how a put call ratio at all

It’s unfortunate that the market is not abiding by my cycles, oh well, previous experience has taught me that corrections are large when the market does not fall when it is suppose to. I’ve mentioned this before, but guys, you are fighting against the 1-year cycle. Things can stay irrational for up to 3 months in the 1-year cycle peak. I wouldn’t even dare touch faz or be unhedged.. DJT just made a new high today..
However, go back to 2002, 1 year after we recovered from the lows, we quickly corrected 10% –that’s the effect of the 1-year cycle peak. when will it happen, who the hell knows, maybe at 1300.
I said 1200 by June/July 2010 back in ’09.. looks like we might get there a month earlier. Then again, I remember calling 1044 as the low of the decade, and Jimbho laughed at me… maybe I was right.. then again I’ve been thrashed by 100% of my calls.
IMO, EVERYBODY GOT SHORT AT 1150. THIS IS THE SQUEEZE. IT COULD END ANY DAY NOW, THEN AGAIN, it might extend into OPEX.

I was just trying to tell you that the ‘sure thing’ naked calls out of money have a way of blowing up and killing
the writer. Been there, done that, have the scars.
I just can’t see the risk reward in a 10% drop that may not happen, everyone is calling for a 40%
correction.
Rules of thumb. 1st year of run, 3 corrections of not more than 10% 2nd year 1 correction of 20% and 2 at 10%
The rules of probability just not there.
