Video Update ~ 05/14/2009 Can We Break Tomorrow?

I have been out of my desk for the last few days and therefore today I recap on what’s been happening in the market, and the sort of sentiment that you should be looking at. Even though we are still trading in the bullish channel on the S&P, the Nasdaq has already broken down it’s perspective channel and it’s looking to retest its respective prior break out point in april as support. The S&P’s small bounce on light volume today can possibly suggest a break of the ascending channel support in the day or two to come. Today’s fibonacci levels proved to be great technically, and provided nice resistance and levels to go short the market. I also look at different levels for the end of this sell off and the completion of the inverse head and shoulders that has been forming over the last half a year. GS, QQQQ, and SPY (S&P) are discussed in this video.
