Dow Jones has tested it’s longer term resistance channel, and is finding some resistance there. XLF has today, broken out of it’s inverse head and shoulders, which could mean further upside to come for the financials, we will have to look at where it closes today.

The best short would be at the blue resistance line, if we can get there today, I’ll pile in.

I am taking profit on my AMR calls today, simply because they are april calls and I dont want to lose time value, if I own the stock I would have kept it (33%+).

Hey guys, the futures are trading up between 0.8-1% which may mean a break of the resistance line of my bull flag. Once that breaks I expect a rally that could be 2-3% in magnitude at least. However, I would not by in straight away, do wait for a pull back, and a possible retest of the resistance as support. If the nasdaq remains weak at the beginning of trading tomorrow, you should be careful, nasdaq should lead the market higher for us to be bullish! I want to continuously clarify that this next move higher (over a few days) will probably be the last move higher before a dramatic pull back. Again I also want to emphasize that, that dramatic pull back will probably reach 740-777 and not make new lows, and we will rally on from there. I will be gone most of the day today, so trade carefully.
