One great thing about Brian’s videos are that he keeps his analysis very simple, using price action as the most important factor in his decision making. I think its important for traders to keep in mind that price action is the #1 thing to pay attention to, more important than volume, patterns, signals, indicators, psychology, Elliot Wave, and other tools. While this rally is on light volume, its keeps rewarding longs. For swingers, its probably too late to play the long side, but I’d wait for tangible evidence the bears are back in control before playing the short side. Don’t act, react. (Thanks Maverick!)

Another great video from Brian. He does emphasize, the trend is still down. To many perma bulls out there telling everyone the coast is clear. Forget the investing in this market, the tape is giving us great trading ranges, take advantage of it.
